Anbei der Original-News-Text der IBSA:

Dear European IBSA member countries,

The IBSA Football Committee is delighted to announce plans to hold a European training camp for young players in Hamburg, Germany, in partnership with FC St Pauli Blindenfussball. The camp will be held from Thursday July 30th (afternoon arrival) to Sunday August 2nd (morning departure).

The IBSA Blind Football European Youth Camp 2015 is part of the European development project which we are running with ongoing financial support from UEFA. Thanks to this support IBSA will cover the cost of local transport, meals and accommodation for all participants during the camp. Participants only need to cover travel costs to Hamburg airport or railway station.

The goal of the camp is to bring together young blind footballers - male or female - between the ages of 16 and 23 years old for two full days of training alongside their peers from other European countries. They will also have the chance to socialise with other football-minded blind and partially sighted young people and take part in the planned cultural activities. The camp is aimed at beginners and intermediate-level players and is not intended for national team or elite players.

Additionally, blind football coaches will have the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences, techniques and tips. The training sessions will be supervised by Ulrich Pfisterer, Chair of the IBSA Football Committee and German national trainer, and all coaches will be encouraged to participate also.

We recommend players (up to two per country) travel with one coach. You are responsible for securing parental consent if the players are underage according to your national legislation.

Places on the IBSA Blind Football European Youth Camp 2015 are limited, so if you are interested in taking part then please fill in the attached expression of interest form and return to David Stirton, Project Co-ordinator, at this email address by Tuesday June 30th. Further details will be available shortly.

If you have any questions regarding the camp please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

David Stirton
